Our services work in a simple way:

  1. Add Archive account to your email program such as Outlook
  2. Copy all documents and files you would like to archive to this folder.
  3. Your archive will be copied to server next time folders synchronize. This can be set by Outlook Options.

If you do not use Outlook – then simply email your documents to archive to your special Archive Email address and you do not need to do anything else.

When you need to retrieve archived item: Connect to archive as to any regular mail box and retrieve your item. It is accessible from any computer, ipad and web browser.
