New Account Setup – what to do and what to expect

For Outlook, Outlook Express and other email program users:

  1. Fill New Subscriber form and provide means of payment.
  2. You will receive confirmation and we will setup our back end systems based on your choice of service. This can take up to 24 hours during business week based on the service you choose.
  3. You will receive email with login information.
  4. Setup your email program to connect to your Archive Mailbox.
  5. Place some item to Archive and press Send/Receive button. When you away from your computer, you can email any Item to archive to your Archive Email Address.

For users who prefer Web Interface or who do not wish to connect to Archive all time.

  1. Fill New Subscriber form and provide means of payment.
  2. You will receive confirmation and we will setup our back end systems based on your choice of service. This can take up to 24 hours based on the service you choose.
  3. You will receive email with login information.
  4. Connect to Archive mailbox by using any browser
  5. Send first document to archive to your Archive Email Address.

Archive Size and how we charge for it.

As long as you not use space more than you paid for, bill will be flat at plan you choose. If you exceed your plan, notification will be emailed to you and you will have time up to end of billing cycle to correct it or to move to next plan if you wish.
If no action take, your account will be charged at same rate as your plan for every GB of usage.
For example: if your plan is $30 for 3GB, then $10 will be charged for 4th and another $10 for 5th and so on.
As soon as you hit price for next plan level, your account will be charged at that flat level until you exceed it.

How to use Archive

We support two options for archiving:
• Email to your personal Archive Email Address.
• Copy data to Archive Email folder in your email software.

Data retrieval options:
• via Web Interface, similar to other webemails by downloading content
• by forwarding archived items to any email address
• by copying archived items from Archive Folder in your Email Software
